wedding services process



To kick things off you’ll need to complete our booking form. It’s designed to gather all the basic details we need to get your plans started. We’ll review your booking request, and assuming we’re perfect for you, we’ll be in touch via email to confirm along with a few key deadlines.

Once you’ve confirmed we’re good to go, we’ll send over your contract and an invoice for your deposit. You’ll need to make payment and return your contract by a certain date to secure your booking.


As soon as you’re officially booked in, you’ll receive a personal welcome pack containing everything you need to complete the initial stages of your service.


You’ll also be given access to a dedicated planning portal– Aisle Planner and Google Docs. As well as using it to submit any info we need, this is where we'll keep track of the progress and review and choices.

Before we begin, there’s quick questionnaires to do, so make a note of your tasks and any relevant deadlines. Your lead planner will check-in soon to schedule a consultation.

Wedding Management skip to Step 5...


Next up, you’ll need to complete our Wedding or Brand Personality Form – a carefully curated questionnaire to ensure we understand you and your visions better.

The questionnaire can take 20-60 minutes (depending on the package you book) and cover everything from why you hired us to any preferences you may have on the design.


Please set aside time to complete this form. Once we’ve received your answers, it’s time for your consultation. We’ll chat about everything from understanding your ideal budget to the pretty details such as stationery, venue decoration and colours. Then the work begins and sessions will be booked by you monthly.



Within 6-10 weeks of our first call, our team will be pulling together the finest supplier directory for your wedding day. 

Each supplier category will have a minimum of 3 choices for you to indulge and choose from. 

Keep an eye on your Aisle Planner checklist for any important deadlines for payments and supplier selections.


Once all supplier details are in place and we are around the 3 month countdown, and you’re bursting with excitement and pride, you’ll be issued your final invoice (or second for clients weddings the year after). 

You will then receive another questionnaire that provides more detail for your wedding management service. 

We will have a scheduled call around here too, this will be to book in your venue site visit,  and supplier introductions & more (its a busy season).


We are basically there! We done it! Just one or two more things to do. Communicate with all suppliers chosen, pay all invoice balances, and confirm the timeline. 

Our team will reach out and send a beautifully crafted document to everyone involved around 2 weeks out. This gives your suppliers the chance to ask any questions they may have. We change them, you pamper and do final fittings!

Then its your wedding day babes! EEEEK!
